Prayer updates for Tuesday, November 28, 2017

Please keep these prayer requests in mind as you come before God in prayer today:

Update: Please continue to pray for Arie Versendaal as he remains at Holland Hospital being treated for pneumonia. The past two weeks of Arie’s time in the hospital have been a series of ups and downs. He has been in and out of the ICU because of the breathing problems brought on by the pneumonia. Arie is being transferred back to the ICU this morning because the infection, again, is causing his breathing to be very labored. Pray for God’s healing grace to be on Arie and for the Lord’s love to surround the Versendaal family in this time of need.

Update: Please pray for Sally Kiekintveld, Tony and Hazel Kiekintveld’s daughter-in-law, who will be enduring a back surgery on Friday, December 1. Pray for God to be with Sally and for the surgery to go well. Pray also for the Lord to grant strength and healing to Sally for her time of recovery after the surgery.

Please pray for Fred Zeeff as this week he completes the radiation for the cancer he has on his lung. Pray for God to be with Fred as he endures two more treatments this week and pray for the radiation to be effective in shrinking the tumor. Pray for God’s loving presence to be a comfort and source of strength for Fred and Edna in this time of need.

Please pray for Lee Nagelkerk as his unit deployed last week for a six-month tour in Japan. Pray for God to grant safety to Lee and his unit during their deployment. Pray also for the Lord to be with and comfort Lee’s wife and daughter, Nina and Charlotte, during his time away.

Please pray for God to be with the Expectant Mothers at Noordeloos who are reaching their due dates around Christmas time. Pray for God to be with Kari Nienhuis and Meg Luster-Bartz as they prepare to welcome their little ones into the world. Pray for God to grant them good health during these last few weeks of pregnancy, for safe deliveries, and for smooth transitions for both of these growing families.
