Prayer updates for Monday, June 4, 2018

Please keep these prayer requests in mind as you come before God in prayer today:

Update:  We praise the Lord for the news that Fred Zeeff was released from the hospital on Sunday afternoon.  Pray for God to grant Fred the grace he needs to regain his strength after being in the hospital. Pray for God’s loving presence to be with Fred and Edna, to encourage them, and to be their strength in this time of recovery and ongoing health needs.

Please pray for the Young People’s SERVE Team as they will be in New York from June 9-15.  Pray for God’s blessing to go with our students and youth leaders as they have the opportunity to show the love of Christ through many forms of service.  Pray for God’s peace, protection, and power to be evident to the SERVE Team as they work and fellowship together.  Pray also for God to use this time in the students lives to deepen their commitment to Christ and their relationships with one another.

Please pray for the Congregational Meeting that will take place at 7:00 tonight.  Pray for God to guide us in the selection of new Elders and Deacons and as we vote on next year’s budget.  Pray also for God to be glorified through the ongoing ministry of Noordeloos CRC.

Please pray for CRC Annual Synod meeting that will take place June 7-14 at Calvin College.  Please pray for the delegates, staff, and deliberations at Synod 2018 as approximately 600 delegates and staff of the CRC and the RCA will be gathered to partner for global impact for the Glory of God.
